White Chocolate Chip Cakes

**Here we go recipe number two!**
Lots of yummy ingredients!

A bit of butter... a bit of sugar... mmmm yum!

I think i'll be pretty good at this folding thing after a few more recipes!

Wow! looking good!

Mmmmm got to <3 melted chocolate!

Woa! O_O look amazing!

Finally done! 
I decided to jump the gun a bit and instead of going through the book recipe by recipe, I chose one that I already had all the ingredients for *Saves me the trip to my local food store*.
This is actually a pretty easy recipe! Not to mention very very delicious, but I did have a few snags along the way:

- They're a little smaller than shown because I don't have a deep well muffin pan, so in using my one they ended up more of a cupcake than a muffin;
- Unfortunately my icing didn't set... and i'm not sure that it would with this recipe! So i had to dip them in instead *I'll never say no to white chocolate icing! even if it doesn't set :P*

Other than this they turned out pretty well! Tasted great too! :) Gotta thank my flat-mate and his friends for helping me out with the eating! haha 12 cupcakes to myself = one sore stomach!
