Strawberry Roulade

***All my recipes will get a 1-5 rating '1' being easy and '5' being Oh hell I'm giving up.... ***

Pre-folding! ... Oh dear... here we go!

Lots to add and little time!

A strawberry roulade is a really good place to start if your looking to make something that looks fairly impressive from scratch but is also not too hard for a beginner cook *like me*... it was pretty fun to cook too! My sponge was little too thick and a bit overcooked but i'm pretty proud of my first attempt :) That and it tasted amazing! The cheese cream was especially tasty (even though I had to swap the ricotta for mascarpone... was all sold out in the shop!).

Guess it must have tasted good! because between my house-mate and I it was gobbled up in record time! :P **note to self... join gym!**

Ingredients: 1 - All common and easy to find
Difficulty: 2 - Only because I'm still a beginner at the whole 'folding' thing
Taste: Amazing!
