Butterfly Cupcakes

**My favourite recipe so far! Number 3**

All pretty straight forward ingredients! 

Time skip to cooking! ... er truthfully forgot to take a photo! haha

Mmmmm they smell amazing! ^_^

Right onto the fun bit! Making the wings and hollowing out the cupcake!

Hey presto! Done! Don't they look awesome!

Wow these really turned out fantastic! They're super easy to make and aren't too sweet *for people who don't like really sweet desserts :P*.

Nothing really went wrong and they went down a treat! Especially recommend making these for any occasion, can imagine they'd be really fun to make with kids!

At least now i'm ice-skating again I can afford to eat a bit more! haha

Difficulty - 1 ** cupcakes were super easy and the rest is just cream and jam!**

Taste - Delicious! Not too sweet, would be just right with a cup of tea :P

White Chocolate Chip Cakes

**Here we go recipe number two!**

Lots of yummy ingredients!

A bit of butter... a bit of sugar... mmmm yum!

I think i'll be pretty good at this folding thing after a few more recipes!

Finally done! 

I decided to jump the gun a bit and instead of going through the book recipe by recipe, I chose one that I already had all the ingredients for *Saves me the trip to my local food store*.
This is actually a pretty easy recipe! Not to mention very very delicious, but I did have a few snags along the way:

- They're a little smaller than shown because I don't have a deep well muffin pan, so in using my one they ended up more of a cupcake than a muffin;

- Unfortunately my icing didn't set... and i'm not sure that it would with this recipe! So i had to dip them in instead *I'll never say no to white chocolate icing! even if it doesn't set :P*

Other than this they turned out pretty well! Tasted great too! :) Gotta thank my flat-mate and his friends for helping me out with the eating! haha 12 cupcakes to myself = one sore stomach!

Strawberry Roulade

***All my recipes will get a 1-5 rating '1' being easy and '5' being Oh hell I'm giving up.... ***

Pre-folding! ... Oh dear... here we go!

A strawberry roulade is a really good place to start if your looking to make something that looks fairly impressive from scratch but is also not too hard for a beginner cook *like me*... it was pretty fun to cook too! My sponge was little too thick and a bit overcooked but i'm pretty proud of my first attempt :) That and it tasted amazing! The cheese cream was especially tasty (even though I had to swap the ricotta for mascarpone... was all sold out in the shop!).

Guess it must have tasted good! because between my house-mate and I it was gobbled up in record time! :P **note to self... join gym!**

Ingredients: 1 - All common and easy to find
Difficulty: 2 - Only because I'm still a beginner at the whole 'folding' thing
Taste: Amazing!

Cooking my time away...way...ay...ay.....

Feelings: Bored as hell
Conclusion: Bake my way through a dessert book! :P
